How often should I have my bins cleaned?
For bigger households, we would recommend our monthly plan. However, if trash is accumulated a bit less frequently, our quarterly visits are very popular. Not sure

Do I need to be home during service?
No, you will receive a day before tax reminder to alert you to leave bins curbside for our technician. Once complete, you will receive a clean completed text. A fully touchless process for you!

Why don't you clean same day as garbage collection?
Garbage collection times can vary throughout the day. Cleaning the day after ensures your bins are empty and ready for service.

Is your cleaning process eco-friendly?
Absolutely. Our process uses 1/3 of the at-home household water hose usage. We also leave no mess behind as it is captured in our custom built cleaning truck!

Do you offer emergency cleanings?
Yes. Login to your customer portal and get booked or give us a call and we will be out there for an added fee, regardless of pick up day.
